Happy New Year 2021

We at Soul City Arts wish you a happy new year. 2020 was a tough year, a real test for us all. We want to remind our friends and supporters that it is through hardships that we grow stronger… Life will always throw obstacles at us, but it’s down to us to come back with renewed energy and at the right time.

Whilst at the beginning of 2020 we announced news of our Arts Council Elevate funding, the pandemic presented us with significant challenges. Yet we have merely grown through those challenges. As the start of 2021,  we are still seeing a significantly different arts landscape than at the start of last year. Whilst we are making steps forward we do believe that there will be light at the end of the tunnel, we are looking forward to coming back into our public spaces with a real bang.

We will be approaching 2021 with some new project launches and news of our team growing. Although things seem uncertain with school closures and restrictions across the country, we still wish you a brighter new year for all of us. Stay Safe. Keep Well and keep focused!
