The Listening Sessions is an immersive and engaging listening experience that focuses on sounds and albums that have shaped not only our culture, but our lives too.
In the modern world, full of noise and the distractions of daily life, Soul City Arts has teamed up with its regular collaborator Tanzeel Ur-Rehman and his Primrose Avenue Sound System once again to deliver an intense and detailed listening environment.
Using high-end audio equipment, The Listening Sessions aims to bring the best listening experience for all tastes, enabling you to pick up new details in your favourite sounds and albums for the very first time in an uninterrupted way, and in the best sonic detail possible.
Structure
• Sunday afternoons with tea/light refreshments available, 5.00PM to 7.30PM.
• Session begins at 5.45PM sharp.
• Discussion with audience to explore thoughts, memories, general feedback at 6.30PM.
• End 7.30PM.
Rules
• Strictly no mobile phones allowed when session is in play.
• No speaking when sound/album is being played.
• Strictly no entry once session begins.
